CONIES  Council on International Higher Education Supervision 

Founding Members are the Institutions of Higher Education, Universities and Colleges establishing the International Confederation of Higher Education (Confederación Internacional de Educación Superior CONIES) in 2012. Founding Members are Full Members of CONIES. Only Full Members can participate in Institutional Meetings and have a vote in decision making.

Institutional Members are Quality Assurance Agencies, Accreditation Agencies, Professional Guilds and Bodies, Certification Agencies, Non-Profit Organisations and Non-Governmental Organisations.

Institutions of Higher Education, Universities and Colleges. Other Learning Provider Services can apply for Affiliate Membership, if the Institution is interested in QM Certification and Programme Validation. Application for Quality Management Certification is available to any Learning Provider Service.

Industry, government agencies, public or private for-profit organisations other than Institutions of Higher Education, Universities and Colleges, Quality Assurance Agencies, Accreditation Agencies, Professional Guilds and Bodies, Certification Agencies, Non-Profit Organisations and Non-Governmental Organisations.

Individual membership is open to everybody not working for Quality Assurance Agencies, Accreditation Agencies, Professional Guilds and Bodies, Certification Agencies
